Our mission is to engage people in the journey of life. The mission is established through three core values: Living in Christ, Growing in our Faith, and Serving our Community.
Living in Christ—there is no “true’ life outside of Christ.
Growing in the Faith—is a total trust in Christ to work in every life while empowering that person to become the person God intends.
Serving the Community—the natural result of spiritual growth is that people of faith will bear the fruit of serving others with their talents and gifts.
People – Mark 6:34, Romans 12:9-21
People matter most to God. Therefore, people should matter most to us.
The Gospel – Romans 1:15-17, 2 Timothy 2:15
The Word of God is the only eternal investment that we can devote ourselves.
Excellence – Dan. 6:3; Rom. 12:1-3, Eph. 5:15-17, Col 1:10, Gen. 24
Excellence in ministry is expected from every level.
Love – John 15:13; I John 4:16-21; I Corinthians 13:4-8
Love is the expression of God’s abiding presence in our lives.
Integrity – I Corinthians 10:31, Proverbs 2:7
Integrity in ministry maintains the humility of us all.
Example – I Timothy 4:11-16
The world is watching. Therefore, we must be good examples of Christ.
Hard Work – Colossians 3:22-24, Ecclesiastes 3:22a.
We must work as unto the Lord in all that we do.
In the verbal inspiration of the Bible.
In one God eternally existing in three persons; namely, the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
That Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of the Father, conceived of the Holy Spirit, and born of the Virgin Mary. That Jesus was crucified, buried, and raised from the dead. That He ascended to heaven and is today at the right hand of the Father as the Intercessor.
That all have sinned and come short of the glory of God and that repentance is commanded of God for all and necessary for forgiveness of sins.
That justification, regeneration, and the new birth are wrought by faith in the blood of Jesus Christ.
In sanctification subsequent to the new birth, through faith in the blood of Christ; through the Word, and by the Holy Spirit.
Holiness (Consecration) to be God’s standard of living for His people.
In the baptism with the Holy Spirit subsequent to a clean heart.
In speaking with other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance and that it is the initial evidence of the baptism of the Holy Spirit.
In water baptism by immersion, and all who repent should be baptized in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
Divine healing is provided in the atonement.
In the Lord’s Supper and a consistent offering of communion to the Church Body.
In the pre-millennial second coming of Jesus. First, to resurrect the Righteous dead and to catch away the living saints to Him in the air. Second, to reign on the earth a thousand years.
In the bodily resurrection; eternal life for the righteous, and eternal punishment for the unbelieving.
